Boğaziçi Pastirma is made from beef under hygienic conditions. It comes in two cuts, antrikot and sirt, and also ready-sliced in a 100 g pack.
Antrikot pastirma is generally preferred for its marbled, tender texture; sirt pastirma for its fuller cut. Whichever you choose, it is prepared with the traditional approach we have kept since our founding.
