Since when has Boğaziçi 1974 been operating?
Our company was founded in 1974 to manufacture and market meat and meat products. Today we continue production as the second generation of the family.

What is your approach to production?
Since our founding we have put Islamic compliance alongside hygiene and quality. We have never given up the principle of traditional production from day one, and we keep growing by it.

With our fully equipped factory, our equipment and a dedicated team, to deliver products that meet today's standards in the light of Islamic principles, and to keep improving. Aware that a good future is built by healthy generations, we aim to serve Turkish taste at its best.

Production and slaughter
How are the animals slaughtered?
Animals arriving from many parts of Turkey are slaughtered by our expert butchers, under the supervision of our veterinarians, following Islamic rites and food-safety hygiene rules.
Are your products compliant with Islamic rites?
Yes. Animals are slaughtered under the supervision of our veterinarians in accordance with Islamic rites. We have put Islamic compliance first since 1974.
What is your production facility like?
We produce in a fully equipped factory with modern equipment and a dedicated team. We keep working to improve it further.
Products
Which products do you make?
We have three product families: sucuk (Boğaziçi Kangal Sucuk), pastirma (Antrikot, Sirt and 100 g Sliced) and kavurma (Rize, Block, Tin and Sliced Kavurma).
What are Boğaziçi products made from?
Boğaziçi sucuk, pastirma and kavurma are made from beef, under hygienic conditions.
How are the products sold?
Kangal sucuk, antrikot pastirma, sirt pastirma, Rize kavurma and block kavurma are sold by the kilogram. Sliced pastirma and sliced kavurma come in ready-sliced 100 g packs, and tin kavurma comes in a tin.
Which products are sold sliced?
Boğaziçi Sliced Pastirma and Boğaziçi Sliced Kavurma come in ready-sliced 100 g packs.
